Sep 21–Dec 24, 2026 · Virtual Challenge

Starts September 21 95 days. One commitment.

Ninety-Five
Stay Alive.

Complete a workout every day for 95 consecutive days. Build strength, establish a habit, and arrive at Christmas Eve with a milestone you earned.

I learned what consistency can do.

Early in 2026, I completed a daily workout for 100 consecutive days—the first time I had ever trained for that many continuous days.

That experience proved three things. First, I am capable of committing. Second, my overall fitness improved, as demonstrated by the Cadre PT test I completed at the beginning and end of the challenge. Third, I learned how I would approach the next challenge differently—and better.

Starting September 21, I am taking on 95 days and inviting you to join me virtually. The final day is December 24. Your Christmas gift to yourself will be the milestone: 95 days of daily movement.

Keep it simple. Make it measurable.

What to send.

Email Danny—or send through Facebook Messenger—one photo. It can be you, your dog, a favorite place, or anything that represents you. Include the five items below.

  1. 01
    Your name

Tell us how you would like to be identified in your welcome post.

  2. 02
    Your start date

September 21 is the official start, but include your personal start date when you commit.

  3. 03
    One measurable fitness goal

Examples include running a mile in under eight minutes, gaining five pounds of skeletal muscle, or completing one strict bodyweight pull-up. Record your baseline during the first week and repeat the measurement during the final week.

  4. 04
    One daily nutrition habit

Choose one meaningful change: consume 120 grams of protein, abstain from alcohol, or drink at least two liters of water each day. Avoid changing everything at once. Build success with one habit, then consider adding another after about 30 days.

  5. 05
    Your missed-day penalty

Choose a consequence that will help keep you accountable, such as 50 burpees or a ten-mile ruck march. Complete the penalty after a missed day, then get right back into the challenge. Penalties may be adjusted if they are too easy and will increase after additional missed days.

Commit. Check in. Keep moving.

One day at a time.

The challenge is free. The cost is your daily commitment.

01

Get your welcome post

FOE will publish your photo, name, start date, fitness goal, and nutrition habit on its Facebook page.

02

Check in every day

After completing your workout, comment on your original welcome post. “Day 1, workout complete” is enough, or share the workout and anything that may help others.

03

Plan recovery

A recovery day still counts. Try 20 minutes of stretching or foam rolling, a one-mile walk, or a 30-minute easy bike ride. Recovery helps prevent overuse injuries and supports better training.

04

Finish together

Complete all 95 days and receive a free Freedom Ops Endeavor T-shirt. If you would like one before the finish, visit the Endeavor Gear collection.
